What Is Egg Tray Machine?

The egg tray machine, also known as an egg tray making machine or egg tray manufacturing machine, is the primary equipment used in the egg tray forming stage of the production line. Egg tray machines are generally categorized into plastic egg tray machines, paper egg tray machines, and pearl cotton egg tray machines.HGHY primarily manufactures paper egg tray machines, with a production capacity ranging from 8,000 to 12,000 pieces per hour. The commonly used raw materials include various types of waste paper, pulp, and plant fiber pulp. After the pulping process (which can be skipped if using ready-made pulp or plant fiber pulp), the pulp is transferred to the egg tray machine and initially formed into semi-wet egg trays. These trays are then dried to remove excess water, resulting in the final finished egg trays.
